Supported Formats
Beta Status
Phosor is currently in an Internal Beta stage. Features may change before the public release. Performance may occasionally be inconsistent depending on hardware, image formats, and library size. Unexpected bugs may still occur. Feedback from beta testers is highly appreciated.
Phosor supports a range of common image formats, including standard formats and RAW files from major camera manufacturers.
Supported
These formats are scanned, previewed, and moved without any limitations:

Unsupported
The following formats are not supported and will not appear in the photo list:
- HEIC / HEIF
- AVIF
- JPEG XL
- PSD / PSB
- BMP
- GIF
- SVG
- Canon RAW (
.cr3) - Fujifilm RAW (
.raf) - Video files of any kind
Files won't appear
Unsupported files are silently skipped during scanning. They will not appear in the photo list or cause errors.
Planned support
Canon CR3 and Fujifilm RAF are not yet supported, but support is planned for a future release. See the Roadmap.
Format Considerations
RAW Files
RAW files can be large and may take longer to process than standard image formats, depending on resolution and file size. See Performance for details.
Large JPEG Files
Very large JPEG files may cause memory spikes. See Performance for details.
